Responsive Call to Worship: Ephesians 1: 2 – 8
Leader: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
All: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight.

Offertory: Redeemed Medley (I Will Sing of My Redeemer/ How I Love to Proclaim It/ Since I Have Been Redeemed)
I Will Sing of My Redeemer-Phillip Bliss(1838-1876) After boarding the train in a blinding snowstorm, the train creaked over a trestle bridge that collapsed, plunging 75 feet into a ravine. Fire broke out with his wife still inside. He had managed to escape through a broken window. The other survivors urged him not to crawl back in the flaming wreckage, but within moments he shouted, “If I cannot save her, I will perish with her”. Both perished. He was 38. Their trunk arrived safely and inside was his last hymn.
